Using classroom projects and activities tailored to meet your learning goals, WESLinks provides you with the foundation you need to succeed in the workforce. You'll enhance your employability skills by utilizing a range of learning tools including soft skills development, computer literacy, career exploration, workplace literacy and numeracy development, and feedback on performance.


Employers are looking for well rounded individuals who are ready to work and have the Essential Skills that are central to success; the WESLinks program will get you there!

  • M-W 9:00 am-2:30 pm, Th-F 9:00am-12:00pm

  • No High School or GED required

  • Meet employers and gain practical work skills in a supportive environment

Skills Series

Soft Skills Training at the Learning Exchange is a passport program that will help you build skills to succeed in your education and employment goals.


Workshops are offered in a regular rotation and cover nine soft skills in demand in today’s workforce.


Each one of these professional development workshops can be added to your resume and you will receive a certificate upon completion of all nine topics.

You will gain practical tools and strategies, learn through applied exercises and scenarios, self-assess and set goals to enhance your performance. Our approach to soft skills empowers you to build new habits and foster new ways of thinking and relating to others.

Workshops are three hours, or one day depending on the group.
