In-house Training

Soft Skills Training at the Learning Exchange is a passport program that will help you build skills to succeed in your education and employment goals.

 

Workshops are offered in a regular rotation and cover nine soft skills in demand in today’s workforce.

 

Each one of these professional development workshops can be added to your resume and you will receive a certificate upon completion of all nine topics.

The Saint John Learning Exchange is pleased to offer Soft Skills Training to individuals and teams to build a stronger workforce. We’ve developed workshops in the nine most in-demand soft skills topics. 

Our workshops foster self-awareness, self-management, and goal-setting to empower trainees to build new habits and behaviours. Our soft skills facilitators are mastery-level trained coaches, skilled in creating inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environments.

The Learning Exchange operates a number of social enterprises. Running our own businesses has given us unique insight into the importance of soft skills training. Each of the nine topics includes 25 performance indicators that provide clarity and focus to self-assess ways of thinking and behaving. Our approach minimizes natural resistance to behavioural changes and makes soft skills, which are traditionally more difficult to quantify, tangible and measurable.
