Workforce Preparation Program (WPP)

The Workforce Preparation Program (WPP) assists basic-literacy learners who have with little or no attachment to the workforce, to attain meaningful knowledge and employable skills through the use of authentic workforce documents and project-based learning and to prepare them for cross-sector entry-level employment.

Additionally, the program emphasizes community and personal health, life skills, and provides learners with real-world work experiences such as the planning and preparation of a weekly community meal and an exposure to employment in their area of interest.
