Learnex provides programs and services in six (6) major areas:
- Professional Development Services
- Employee Development Services
- Self Improvement Programs and Services
- Research and information Services
- Writing Programs and Services
- Educational consulting Services
While all these areas contain an extensive range of programs and services, every individual and organization is different. Learnex programs and services are therefore flexible to meet the client's specific needs.
One of the key features of the range of Learnex programs and services is the ability of our staff to work with individuals and organizations to assess the skill levels of the individuals or groups concerned. Together we can examine the range of changes facing an individual or an organization, technological or otherwise, and determine the skills required to meet the new demands of the workplace.
Once the individual or organization's needs have been assessed, Learnex staff can then implement the program itself or work cooperatively with the individual or organization to achieve their learning goals.
The following outlines indicate a number of possible topics within a workshop theme:
- Creative Thinking & Problem Solving - By expanding one's cognitive capacity with creative thinking, a corporation's practice can be improved.
- Clear Writing Essentials - An effective, personal approach to improving writing skills in the workplace.
- Achieving Success through Collaboration - Future growth, success and survival of a company are reliant on the workforce's ability to operate together.
- Dealing With Difficult People and Situations - Resolving conflict - a step by step approach; identifying the different personalities / traits of difficult people; how to give constructive feedback.
- Leadership - Identifying your management style; qualities and elements of Lead Management; empowering employees; the importance of company policy.
- Conducting Effective Meetings - Why meetings fail; the elements of meeting effectiveness; roles; difficult situations; parliamentary procedure.
